About me
Craig is the driving force behind Charles & Stuart’s Property Management team. He is a well-respected and motivated professional, whose passion for the property industry comes from growing up spending weekends, holidays and spare time in the offices of his family’s real estate business. A licensed real estate agent and Justice of the Peace, Craig has a detailed understanding of tenant legislation and the ability to develop well-defined strategies to achieve maximum returns for landlords. Craig knows how to provide high levels of customer service to his landlords – whether that means achieving high rental returns, minimising hassles, maximising occupancy, ensuring stable tenancies and/or providing high levels of care. “Ultimately I want my landlords to feel relaxed and confident that their investment is under control and in good hands”, he says. For Craig, communication is paramount – with both landlord and tenants. He forms open, constructive relationships and ensures all parties receive clear, regular communication about their property. Married with three young children, Craig has strong family values and the highest integrity.
